Enjoy the distinctive flavour of the Cape with these Bobotie-style wraps, infused with a mix of coriander and avocado.

Ingredients
1 packet ROYCO Traditional Babotie dry Cook In Sauce
1 onion sliced
10 ml oil for frying
1 green pepper sliced
500 g chicken cut into strips
1 tomato chopped
A handful of coriander chopped
1 avocado chopped
4 tortillas
Method
  1. Fry onion in a little oil until soft, 2-3 minutes. Add green pepper & chicken strips, fry until chicken begins to brown.
  2. Mix ROYCO Cook In Sauce with 300 ml boiling water & add to chicken mixture. Cook for 5 mins or until thickened.
  3. Mix chopped tomato, onion, coriander & avo together to make a salsa.
  4. Spoon chicken mix onto warmed tortillas, add salsa, roll up & tuck in!
Tip: These wraps make a fun meal, beef steak strips can be used instead of chicken.
