Bacon, Mushroom and Pea Spaghetti   back   
The perfect all-rounder! This dish combines the salty taste of bacon and succulent mushrooms with the added nutrition of peas.

Ingredients
1 packet ROYCO Bacon Carbonara flavoured Pasta Sauce
1 Tbls margarine
100 g bacon chopped
125 g mushrooms sliced
50 g peas cooked
1 cup cream
1 ml black pepper for seasoning
200 g spaghetti cooked
Method
  1. Prepare ROYCO Sauce and spaghetti as per directions on pack.
  2. Heat margarine & fry bacon & mushrooms.
  3. Add peas, prepared sauce, cream & pepper.
  4. Serve with spaghetti, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, a green salad & crusty Italian bread.
Tip: Ham can be used instead of bacon, but add only once mushrooms are cooked.
