250 g streaky bacon chopped 10 ml oil 1 kg ready-made gnocchi 1 packet ROYCO Tomato and Bacon Pasta Sauce 10 ml salt 125 ml cream 10 ml olive oil 80 ml parmesan cheese grated

- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
- Fry the bacon in oil.
- Prepare the ROYCO Pasta Sauce according to packet instructions. Add the bacon and the cream, and bring to the simmer. Cook the gnocchi in 1,5-2 litres of boiling water (according to pot size) according to packet instructions. Drain and toss in 10 ml olive oil.
- Divide gnocchi between 5 pasta bowls, top with the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.
Tip: A delicious supper dish, serve with a crisp salad. Grill streaky bacon twists to garnish.
