Prepare this novel Italian dish in minutes! Simply stir in a creamy tomato sauce with fried bacon bits and voila!

Ingredients
250 g streaky bacon chopped
10 ml oil
1 kg ready-made gnocchi
1 packet ROYCO Tomato and Bacon Pasta Sauce
10 ml salt
125 ml cream
10 ml olive oil
80 ml parmesan cheese grated
Method
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  2. Fry the bacon in oil.
  3. Prepare the ROYCO Pasta Sauce according to packet instructions. Add the bacon and the cream, and bring to the simmer. Cook the gnocchi in 1,5-2 litres of boiling water (according to pot size) according to packet instructions. Drain and toss in 10 ml olive oil.
  4. Divide gnocchi between 5 pasta bowls, top with the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.
Tip: A delicious supper dish, serve with a crisp salad. Grill streaky bacon twists to garnish.
