Enjoy the palate pleasing combination of peach and paprika as it simmers through this delectable chicken casserole.

1 packet ROYCO Creamy Mushroom Soup
8 chicken portions
5 ml paprika for seasoning
15 ml sunflower oil
3 ml salt for seasoning
3 ml pepper for seasoning
1 onion chopped
250 g mushrooms sliced
250 ml peach juice
  1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
  2. Dust chicken pieces lightly with paprika and brown in heated oil in a frying pan. Remove to a casserole dish and season to taste.
  3. Saute onion and mushrooms in the pan. Place on top of chicken.
  4. Mix ROYCO soup, peach juice and 50 ml water together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake in the oven for 90 minutes.
Tip: Apricot juice can be used instead of peach juice.
